Why, oh why don't people return phone calls?
Or e-mails?
I'm not talking about just regular people — those unreturned phone calls and/or e-mails I can live with (or without, for that matter). It's the people who have important information that affects people's lives who don't return phone calls and/or e-mails that really send my blood pressure through the roof.
What gives?
